It’s Roman Abramovich’s l’il homewrecker
As ably demonstrated by QPR part-owner Flavio Briatore, the fashion for English football club owners is to date a model who is half their age. Roman Abramovich, owner of West London’s second richest club, has acquiesced to this trend with his 23-year-old WAG Daria ‘Dasha’ Zhukova, and is pictured aboard one of his massive yachts in the Caribbean.
The young Russian has lived the socialite life in London since 2005 (in a £1.5m Kensington mansion, no less), and counts Lord Freddie Windsor and Camilla Fayed among her close friends. She studied homeopathy at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine, and has since turned to modelling and launching a clothing line.
Dasha is also the former girlfriend of Russian tennis ace Marat Safin, but his yacht must not have been big enough for her tastes – being the daughter of a billionaire businessman, she is used to the finer things in life. Incidentally, daddy made his money at the same time and in the same manner as Roman, but unlike her boyf, spent six months in a Russian jail on charges of selling arms.
