Ledley King argues with his fists during drunken Spurs celebrations
Mr King celebrates the Carling win Essex-style
Despite instilling a strict dietary regime on his Spurs team, Juande Ramos sent his victorious lot off for a calorific tipple following yesterday’s Carling Cup win. Like flies to a closed window, booze-hungry Premier League stars including Jonathan Woodgate, Alan Hutton, Steed Malbranque, Aaron Lennon, Jermaine Jenas and Ledley King were drawn to Faces nightclub in Essex.
When the team celebrated their semi-final win over Arsenal last month, all the players partied in moderation with the exception of captain Ledley, who ended up being dragged out of Chinawhite without his shoes on. Ledley was up to his old tricks again last night, as he drunkenly scuffled with bouncers after being ejected from the club. Also in the bad books in Jermaine Jenas, who broke dietary rules and indulged in a kebab.
Predictably, Danielle Lloyd was also present at the club, but somehow managed to avoid a Tottenham steamrollering. Instead, she passed the hours by assaulting David Beckham’s sister Joanne in “a catfight.”
