WAG No. 159: Hilary Duff
The best thing to come from Texas since George W… nevermind
The terribly pretty ladies who find companionship with members of the National Hockey League are affectionately known in North America as ‘Puck Bunnies’, and the two leading individuals in this field are Elisha Cuthbert (Jack Bauer’s incredibly clumsy daughter in 24) and Hilary Duff. The latter is a multi-talented children’s TV star, pop singer and ‘entrepreneur’ who is rumoured to be engaged to New York Islanders star Mike Comrie.
For a 20-year-old, Hilary has been mighty busy: she has starred in around twenty films (highlights include Cheaper by the Dozen 2 and Agent Cody Banks) had three albums in the charts and has released a clothing line (‘Stuff by Hilary Duff’) and a perfume (‘With Love… Hilary Duff’). The young Texan is even a video game star – she and her ridiculous tiny dog Lola made an appearance on a 2006 edition of The Sims.
