Fact is, Ashley will walk out of Newcastle with an even fatter wallet than he had when he bought the club-it's not like he's going to give the club away-he's selling it and getting all the money he put in back-and then some. He will have realized when he bought the club that it could be sold at any time for around £260m so that was his spending limit knowing he wouldn't lose out if he sold. Trouble is he didn't know about the debt so any money he planned to spend on players was used to pay off the debt, while slowly clawing some of that back from shirt sales (Keegan) and a 3 year purchase of season tickets. So NO, i don't feel sorry for him. It looks like his new PR Guru is earning his money!

That aside, I want to know what will the fans do if the new owners that take over our club do not instate Kevin Keegan are they going to oust them as well. Dont get me wrong I like Kev and I have seen some fo the best football ever under him, but we still won nowt and the way we are going we are going win nowt for a long time to come unless the stability returns to the club. I would like to see Ashley stay and just remove our Director of football Mr Wise.
