Brazilian footballer succumbs to yet another tragic flag injury
J-League fan turns cloth and pole into offensive weapon
Midfielder Alex has plied his trade in Japan since 2002, but in a recent game playing for Kashiwa Reysol, he may be thinking about a transfer away from the J-League and its intimidating fans.

The incident may have caused no wound whatsoever, but is must have been extremely painful – why else would he roll around on the floor in apparent agony for several minutes?
