We need to give pards time. The board hav a 3 year plan to get back into the premier league, they know that success is not going to be instant. The championship is full of premiership has beens who all think they deserve to be in the prem & we have to accept that success is not possible, Pardew or otherwise. What’s more, circumstances have hardly been fair on Pard’s – let’s not forget in the summer he found out that rather than having money to spend, he’d have to sell to keep the finances straight. At Charlton we should know more than anyone that patience is a virtue – it took Curb’s a few years to bring success and the success was built on stronger foundations as a result. Let’s not join the manager’s merry-go-round hiring & firing & having no stability.

We have been very patient with Pards but the tide has turned and if things dont change rapidly the crowd will be calling for his head.

This is Pardew all over, he talks a great game but like a blind and dumb UPS driver he delivers nothing!! He over shadows every shoddy display with “i have players to come in who want to play ” In a past life Pardew was an estate agent who had lots of clients for the vendor, but never seemed to turn up with any of them. “well i think that the turn out to view ur house 2day mr Jones was below par, but i have some fresh faces ready to come in instead” What a joke he is a reactive manager not a pro active one. The reason your players dont play well mr pardew is because they have no belief in you!! Gary Johnson (Bristol City) has no stars, but makes them play football the right way and yes they for the 2nd consecutive season now look much much better than us! Pardew go back to Foxtons!
