After years of speculation, Tottenham Hotspur have finally unveiled detailed plans for their new stadium. In a glossy booklet designed to let the public know of their intentions, the club showcase proposals for a 60,000 seater stadium that will sit on the High Road and cover part of the existing ground.
The 20-acre Northumberland Development Project will also include a supermarket, restaurants, new club offices and 500 residential apartments – because we all know the smart money is in building homes right now.
The plans look quite impressive, and Daniel Levy and co should be commended for finding a suitable site so close to the club’s roots – after all, the folks at Wimbledon FC searched high and low for years, and concluded that the closest possible site to south west London was Milton Keynes.

I HATE SPURS but I have to Admit this Plan is ingenious, No real move and can keep everything SPURS about the new Staduim, the name, the location, the atmosphere. Well done Daniel Levy.
Kudos!

Cant they just knock down the old stadium and take a year out of the league?
