Maradona gives Scottish child rubbish reward for finding gold jewellery

Nine-foot tall youngster also made to hug Argentina coach

Maradona at Celtic Park

When the Argentinean football team trained at Parkhead yesterday, tragedy struck when Real Madrid star Fernando Gago lost a gold St Christopher chain somewhere on the playing surface. Recreational drug fan Diego Maradona called a halt to proceedings, and enlisted the help of Celtic’s ball boys to find the precious item:

“After several dozen people had spent 10 minutes looking, 13-year-old Adam Brown came up trumps and found the lost gong. Maradona ran over to the boy, lifted him in an embrace of thanks, and then gave the lad the woolly hat and gloves he had been wearing to keep out Glasgow’s East End chill.”

A woolly hat and gloves. For finding an invaluable piece of jewellery belonging to a millionaire who plays for one of the biggest club in the world. Looks like somebody needs to attend the Olivier Kapo school of gratitude.

If you think those hat and gloves are “rubbish”, please send them me. I am willing to pay £1000 for them.

    Looking forward to positive response.

I’m afraid that won’t be possible, Emeka. I am not the child featured in the story, therefore I do not own the hat and gloves and cannot send them to you.

I think that it´s enough of the “recreational drug user” tag…

It was funny when original, now it´s just plain abusive.

Have enough the brains to see ahead of your nose & see the global picture. As a footballer he is probably the greatest of all time & simply this fact deserves respect.

By the way, it´s his private life you talk about, a thing that you have no right to judge, write about or think…sorry Spoiler doesn´t think!

Get back to what you do best & forget about the rest

    Cheers

Sorry Emeka but… I would like to make a new offer. I am willing to pay £2500 for the “rubbish” hat and gloves. You have my mail.

We know what’s wrong with you, Ryan. Argentina thrashed England and Maradona scored one of the best goals in the history of the World Cup.

Sorry, but i think that you’re an envious englishman. For many people Maradona is the God of football, and i think they better prefer a t-shirt or something of Diego, than other Rewards or money.

Kisses. An Argentinian of 18 y.o.

The 2 most famous World Cup moments of the english national football team are both the “Hand of God” and the “Goal of the Century”

Your worst nightmare is back. Cover your backside.
