He’s talking about the handcuff gesture…not the hand over the face one…He does the hand over the face one all the time…the NEW one was the crossed arms i.e. handcuffs.

I believe that celebration is quite popular in American sport and I think was made most popular by a West Indian bowler whose name escapes me.
