When a new manager joins a club he needs at least 2 seasons to find his feet, re-structure his side and get them performing under his tactics. I hate Chelski with a passion but Big Phil was too good for them, Abramovich deserves every failure he gets if this is how he treats people. he clearly knows nothing about the game and people like him are ruining it. The problem lies with the dimwits that own the club and expect results overnight.
