Manchester Utd legend backs Mourinho as next Reds boss
We say ‘legend’, we mean Andy Cole

Jose Mourinho has vehemently denied saying that he wishes to replace Alex Ferguson at Old Trafford, despite being quoted to the contrary at the weekend. Such comments would be disrespectful, claim the Portuguese manager who failed to shake hands with his Manchester counterpart at their last encounter.
Rio Ferdinand has already expressed his approval of Mourinho, and now ex-United striker Andy (sorry, ‘Andrew’) Cole has backed the Inter gaffer in an interview with the Manchester Evening News:
“The guy has got so much charisma – the Premier League misses him.
“He has got so much about him. When he talks everyone wants to listen. Regardless what it is, everyone sits up.
“Jose has the credentials. He knows how to bring the best out of his players like the current manager. It would be fantastic if he got the job here.”
Spoiler bonus: You’ve probably listened to it today already, but here’s Andrew Cole’s incredible rapping debut…
