Well-coiffed boxing promoter loves the Red Devils
Last Thursday, legendary American boxing promoter Don King took time out of his busy schedule of searching for terrible tie and jacket combinations to tell us his favourite football team.
When quizzed on his soccer allegiance, the 76-year-old looks away from the camera, as if to read a cue card with the word ‘Manchester’ written on it, then correctly states that his beloved Red Devils had won “two and nothing” the previous night. Unfortunately, his prediction that Manchester Utd would beat Liverpool wasn’t quite so accurate.
