Ronaldinho admits he is “not happy in Milan”

Manchester City could finally get their man

Ronaldinho

After turning down a £25.5m offer from Manchester City, Ronaldinho arrived in Milan last July surrounded by great fanfare. The King of Nightclubs started off well in the fashion capital, but his form has slowly deteriorated: at the time of writing, he has played for a full in minutes in ten of Milan’s 38 games, and hasn’t scored a goal since November.

According to the Daily Mirror, the Brazilian is unhappy and potentially looking for a summer move. They quote the tubby star:

“This season was not a good one for me, but I am a professional and I want to contribute to AC Milan’s success. I do not wish to talk about my short term future now. However, I want to talk with AC Milan officials at the end of the season and see what happens”.

His brother and agent Roberto de Assis added:

“A few clubs have contacted me, but everything is up to AC Milan”

The Spanish press believe that a summer move to Eastlands is very likely, and we are inclined to agree: if the money is right, the Rossoneri will almost certainly let him go.

I can’t believe City will want to sign this guy! Haven’t they learned from Robinho? They can splash as much money they want on “name brand” players to sell shirts and boost there brand in China (or wherever it is they are trying to boos their brand) but if Ronaldinho is not happy at AC Milan then how they hell are the gonna make him happy at Manchester City?? The owners need to focus on results on the pitch first and stop lumping theses expensive duds on Mark Hughes.
