Manchester Utd denied quintuple by incredibly boring match
After an insomnia-inducing 120 minutes of football at Wembley yesterday, the strain was clear on the players during the shoot out: Tim Cahill’s opener is still heading skywards as we write, Dimitar Berbatov was left feeling lethargic to have a proper attempt at taking a penalty, and Phil Jagielka, who scored the winner, didn’t even want to take one.
Thanks to another magical FA Cup afternoon, Everton will be joining Chelsea in the 128th FA Cup final on May 30th. The bookies currently favour Chelsea at evens, but they will have their work cut out for them against David Moyes’ men. Who do you think will win? Let us know below…
