Zlatan Ibrahimovic to leave Inter for Chelsea

Tremendously overrated striker could be heading for the Prem

Zlatan Ibrahimovic

According to reports in Italy this morning, Zlatan Ibrahimovic will soon be failing to perform in big games at Stamford Bridge. The Swede – who was the best paid player in Europe before a certain Portuguese gentleman joined a certain Spanish team – is Premiership-bound according to agent Fabio Parisi:

“From the rumours I’m hearing and the news I have, I believe that Ibrahimovic will be the final brick to complete [Carlo] Ancelotti’s Chelsea.”

“There are situations that make me say this.”

It may disappoint fans of Serie A players with long hair and incongruous tattoos, but unfortunately The Spoiler doesn’t believe this rumour has much substance. For a start, the quote is not actually from Ibrahimovic’s agent (that’ll be the slightly mental Mino Raiola), but a random agent who felt like wading in on the subject.

The future of the Barcelona and Real Madrid target should be decided by July 12, the date by which Jose Mourinho insists all Internazionale transfer dealing are completed.

Failing to perform in big games?
You should concentrate on your own failing to perform proof reading in big headlines.
    Ibramhimovic??? Sad.

Lol you are so right Sir Cecil. A cocky newspaper that can’t even spell.

That’s better… I see you just corrected your headline.
Next time, please do your own proofing, rather than rely on your readers. Thanks.

Apologies for any offence caused by the several minutes of mis-spelt headline you had to endure, Sir Cecil. Now stop drawing attention to it!
