Ronaldo had liposuction
Rotund Brazilian striker loses weight the cheaters’ way
(Fat) Ronaldo was in hospital this week after breaking his left wrist in a 3-0 defeat to Corinthians on Sunday. Knowing that he is likely to be out of action for anything up to five weeks while his bone heals, the tubby Corinthians striker also used the opportunity to get liposuction.
Spanish paper AS say that Ronaldo had planned to have the procedure in December, at the end of the Brazilian season, but instead had it done at the São Luiz hospital this week. Surgeons were originally planning to remove 1.6 litres of fat from his abdominal area, but in the end successfully sucked out 700ml. The operation lasted less than an hour.
The World Cup winner has been training heavily since joining the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A side, but as a man over 30, has encountered difficulty shedding the localised fat on his belly.
Apparently, none of the management team at Corinthians were aware of his intentions to shift his weight the artificial way.
He is expected back in action on September 5th, and hopefully he will no longer have the turning circle of a cargo ship.

Calling Ronaldo – fat, turning of a cargo ship…!! if you understand a little bit of footbal you wouldn`t have said all these 2 Ronaldo.
The all time great striker in football. What he did at 19,20,21yrs of age nobody can do that…moreover the so called ronaldo would break his legs, just go and watch his skills 10yrs back . With 5+yrs out of action in 32yrs of age what he has achieved anybody achieving 1/3rd of htat would consider himself to be great.
Try n give some respect to the man. RONALDO All time great.

Xabi Alonso has handed a formal request for his transfer from Liverpool.
So, its not far that we see him leave Liverpool. But he will always be remembered in our memories.
This video serves as tribute to our dear XABI ALONSO and features his glorious moments at Liverpool .

The man was a finisher. Ask Andy Cole, who probably flubbed more clear-cut chances than anyone in history, where he’d be if he could finish like Fat-naldo.
It IS kind of weak to rag on Fat-naldo’s skills without acknowledging that he was, quite possibly, the baddest muthafucka of his time.

Weak and typically English to call this guy fat Ronaldo to distinguish him from Fake Ronaldo that somehow Cristiano is better because he played in the premiership. First off. Ronaldo, the Real Ronaldo from Brazil is the greatest striker in the history of football. He is a bonafide legend, since this comeback at Corinthians he’s now being put up there with Maradona and Cruyff. This guy has had his fourth comeback which is unfathomable, and is still one of the best strikers in the world. Stop being english and learn about football, maybe it will rub onto the rest of the population and then you will actually produce good players in the vein of Ronaldo.

Fact is fact folks.
Yes, he is by far the best striker in the world and has been for the last decade or so (and can even contest and probably win the best striker of all times – see world cup record).
And yes, in the last few years he has been overweight i.e. FAT. Ok, he hasn’t got the turning circle of a cargo ship (funny joke though and may be a bit too far) but he is fat and his belly is testament to that. But guess what – he is still scoring a truck load of goals despite this ‘fat’ and so – who cares?
Please don’t digress from the article – a professional athlete/footballer getting liposuction to shift the fat – which I think is a wee bit sad.

OJ – it’s not that, it’s just that since this new Cristiano imposter Ronaldo played in the premiership, the English see him as their own and try to bring this Ronaldo down. The only people who prefer Fake Ronaldo over real Ronaldo are the English and 12 year old girls. Whereas you have the likes of Paolo Maldini saying the Real Ronaldo was along with Maradona that hardest player he’s ever played against, you have Fabio Cannavaro and Lilian Thuram, the latter being one of the best defenders of all time saying that they fear him. Fat is irrelevant, it won’t ruin his legacy as much as the English who know jack about football would like to think. He has that spark, that special touch like Maradona had that even overweight, out of form, injured, they are still one of the best players in the world. They only come once every generation.
