the high handed hypocrites of the loosing team
celtic ,where were they ,when alex furgeson brought RONALDO into our game and learned english players how easy it was to fool refs around the world why no out cry against man united and there manager who swore by ronaldo
where was platini and the rest of the football world.STOP IT but do not use eduardo as the excuse .europe will do nothing to stop there players from diving they will threaten them with a breakaway league if they try anything to penelise them.celtic should be ashamed of there spiteful outburst if i was there manager i wokld worry that his team never stopped manhandling
the opposition through there first leg a good ref would have sent of the whole of the defense for pushing ptayers outstretched arms look to your own faults your players tried once or twice to get fouls in the box and missed out.you are just not good enough or skillful enough to play in our league .not like celtic of years ago .no hate there just love of the game you should try it one day.

As a proud gooner i’m disappointed with Eduardo, really disappointed. Lets make a stand against it now, lets ban and fine him and do so for everyone else who dives / cheats etc from now on.

I hate penaltys anyhow, would rather stay on my feet and try and score a real goal.

IF he does recive a fine, I hope EVERY other player that dives this season also receives similar treatment. Otherwise there is very little point in punishing him

Anyone else think McGeady is a wee toad….and if he’s really worth 10 million of your British pounds, Lescott is probably worth 45 mill?

Again you are missing the point! When did I mention Banning anybody! The word I used was “punished”!!! Who said the Celtic team were full of angels!!! Yes Celtic players they do dive most modern players do dive. What I am saying is that there should be fines and bans yes bans (Talking about banning now) if the guilty party is doing this repeatedly. For the record I’m Irish.

Surely the point is that if a player thinks he only has to fool the referee for a brief moment in time, he might try it.

Whereas if he thinks he has to fool 8 different camera angles repeated in slow motion, he might not.

Which is a good thing. Bring it in, I say.
