We do NOT have a team of championship players! We have come through a very difficult time but to say this "It’s a rather rudderless ship over at Portsmouth, with no one seemingly aware of what’s going on" is just ridiculous! We have new owners who have been in a matter of weeks - give them a chance and try for something a little more original in your reporting! Avram would be an ideal appointment - he is a respected and experienced manager who did well when at chelsea, who then treated him appallingly! Play Up Pompey! So its not exactly the end of the world for Portsmouth to have him in charge. That said, he has a lot of work to do from this point with a squad of championship standard players so they'll probably go down anyway. I won't miss the c**t with the bell.
