It’s alright everyone, David Moyes is NOT QUITTING!
Man answers question with a question
Even with the help of Kamil Zayatte, Everton failed to find a way past Hull last night, and are now dangling in that horrible no-mans-land just above the dreaded relegation zone. Things aren’t looking good.
Even so, when faced with an inquisitive man holding a microphone after the match, David Moyes – slightly broken in defeat – put paid to any rumours going around Liverpool concerning his future with a rather clever question of his own:
“Do you live in Merseyside?”
Luckily for the Toffees boss, the man did not. And as for whether his side might face a big relegation scrap this year?
“Could be, yes.”
Mr Moyes, thanks for your time.

We’ll be ‘right.
Second half of the season will see injuries clear up (fingers crossed) and we’ll scoot safely to mid-table ready for a fresh assault on European places next year.
At least we’re not going to Kirkby.
