The Big Question

Which club has the most gifted young footballers?

The Wenger Boys – still Number One?

Arsenal Kids

In many ways, this week’s Carling Cup action provided a crystal ball moment, with so many stars-of-the-future allowed to pull on a first team shirt to showcase their skills.

Wenger, of course, has long been the manager with one eye looking directly to the horizon, with Ferguson not far behind. And the word on the street is that Chelsea have a few talented players lurking in the shadows as well (see this article, courtesy of Who Ate All The Pies).

United had a better rub of the green than Arsenal this week, but they did also have the luxury of a rather more mature spine, including Anderson, Vidic and Berbatov. Whilst Kakuta might just have had his teenage confidence shattered with a heartbreaking penalty in the Chelsea game.

But is Arsenal still the rightful home to gifted children? Let us know with a vote and a comment.
