David Beckham walks into the local library and strides up to the desk.
“I’ll have a cheeseburger and fries, please.”
The librarian looks at him strangely.
“I’m sorry, sir,’ she says, “but this is a library.”
David looks shame faced and embarrassed, and leans in, whispering as quietly as he can:
“Sorry. I’ll have a cheeseburger and fries, please.”

I like some of the jokes, but I have heard this one so many times before. You want a funny joke, a brilliant display of absurdity?

Lampard walks up to Terry flicks him in the balls and says keep it in your pants cause there’s a bunch of dumb jokes being made about you everyday and they’re not funny. you’ve disgraced your wife and kids, the image of the EPL, and every school boys notion of what it means to be a stand up footballer.
