Why nobody has started talking about SAF visiting Dowd’s home before the biggest cup final of his career and making him an offer Dowd couldn’t refuse.. Haha.. Almost every match has a few decision like that and almost every manager keeps crying bout that..

BTW, if Richard Dunne really said wat DarkKnight has quoted then my already high respect for him has gone even higher…

Okay, fair point about the fact he wasn’t travelling directly towards goal, but where was Vidic’s yellow? It was a clear foul with no ball contact from the defender, correct?

…but Rooney is in fantastic form and I was glad he managed to shake off his “flu-knee”. I just hope he plays this well during the World Cup. United were by far the dominant team in the second half though.

People can’t take loosing to United..it has to be the ref that helped ..baa..baa…baa..like sheep.

He was denied a “goal scoring opportunity”..and got a penalty that got the a goal..then there were 85 mins for them to score more. They were beaten fair and square.

Here are couple of quotes from Richard Dunne

“It possibly should have been a sending off but they had a man sent off against us at Villa Park and it didn’t make any difference,” said Dunne.

“It was probably better to play against 11 as it was a more enjoyable game.

That sums up the match.

It should have been a yellow, but not all penalties warrant a red card – especially as Vidic was goal side and Agbonlahororoaaoraoaor was getting into a worse shooting position.
