For those who missed it, last night’s match might just have been the best of the whole campaign, seemingly following the first two Rocky scripts almost to the letter. Arsenal were pulverised for much of the game, before very nearly pulling a Stallone ending out of the bag. Unfortunately, this is real life, and it was just a draw. You can see the highlights above.
Anyone fancy Arsenal’s chances in Spain?

The perfect script!
If you recall, Rocky 1 ended in a draw too! So it is the Rocky ending you were seeking.
Rocky 2 ending was a race to get up and beat the count. What chance another 2-2 and the gunners winning on penalties?

Imran, I hate to do this, but Apollo Creed actually won on points in the first film… Rocky won PRIDE though, which is priceless…

Dammit! You’re right Josh, and I’ve seen those movies over and over again.
Think I was confusing it with rocky vs hulk hogan in rocky 3.
Still, 2-2 is like a win for barca. So it still stands

Yeah technically Barca are winning at the moment because Arsenal have to make up that two goal deficit. Personally I can’t see Arsenal doing it at the Nou Camp, I think Barca will shut up shop and hit them on the break.
