French Sex Scandal

Ribery’s big transfer could yet be scuppered by jail time

Another football sex scandal, no less!

Ribery

Oh brilliant, Franck Ribery reportedly had sex with a 17-year-old hooker.

There’s a general rule concering buying sex from prostitutes in modern society – don’t. Just don’t. Perhaps join an online dating network? Attempt to reinject some romance into your marriage with nice meals, or the introduction of Kenny G, rose petals, and margarine thigh massages into your usual bedtime routine. But come on! Prostitutes? Really?

Of course, over in France, paying someone for sex isn’t actually illegal - the only rule being that they have to be over 18, and presumably attractive enough to appeal to passing ”tricks”. Only, in Franck’s case, it appears that his hooker-of-choice didn’t quite fit all of the criteria to the letter. As reported in today’s Daily Star:

Ribery is said to have had sex with a prostitute but did not realise she was under 18, a source said.

The Moroccan girl was 17 at the time, but has since turned 18.

A judicial source said: “Judge Andre Dando has yet to decide if Ribery is to be prosecuted but it remains a possibility.”

The players were named after police raided the Café Zaman nightclub and well-known brothel in Paris.

Franck’s wife – his childhood sweetheart, no less – is now “seriously considering” a divorce.

Yours for around £40million, Chelsea. Unless he’s banged up in chokey.

    Hi,

Just to let you know that France is not Holland.
This : “Of course, over in France, becoming a prostitute is an actual legal job ” is just completely false. So here it was found first that this place was home to a pimp, then that the clients were famous people.
Benzema & Govou are also supposedly among the 4 french international players that were client of the same girl !

Hi Juls, thanks for the comment. In France, it is actually legal to pay someone for sex, so long as they are 18 or over. Those are the rules. But I shall reword to spell it out. Thanks again.
