Think one of those won't be going, and it won't be Milner. Much as I would like it to be Walcott who is only able to run fast, Fabio seems to think he can impact a game. So that leaves Johnson or Cole. I'd want both to go, and I've no idea who Fabio would choose. I thought he had had enough of Cole, but he's been recalled. Seems to be a lack of grit in midfield too. If Barry is injured, we've basically got Lampard and Huddlestone. I think Carrick is out of form, but will get the nod over one of the attacking mids (Walcott or Johnson). Stevie G could play there, but Fabio wants him higher up the field supporting Rooney. We've seen what England are like with Lampard and Gerrard next to each other, so 4-4-2 probably isn't an option.
