Many are still wondering what David Beckham might do once he finally hangs up his slinky football jockstrap. Will he become the next Alan Shearer, and glide effortlessly into thoughtful, articulate punditry that in no way states the obvious. Or might he take the Vinnie Jones route and become Hollywood’s eighteenth or nineteenth favourite ex-sporting hard man?
The above advert answers neither of those questions, but it’s a great commercial nonetheless. Especially if you happen to really like Star Wars and stripy shoes.
