Some Boots!

Adidas invent new boot that makes you run really fast

Ladies and gentlemen, the F50 adiZero!

There’s an old saying from biblical times about how a good workman never blames his tools, which various prophets quoted to suggest that, in the eyes of God, a workman would be wise to invest some of his moneys in the best possible equipment. At least, it might mean that. As with so much from the scriptures, no one is really sure.

All of which leads perfectly seamlessly to the new football boot from Adidas, worn by great workmen like Lionel Messi and David Villa. Judging by the above advert, they come complete with rocket-fueled turbo chargers for your feet, and should ideally be worn during games played at night time.

Here’s what it says at the bottom of the press release:

Follow adidas’ 50 Days of Fast on www.facebook.com/adidasfootball featuring Messi, Kaka, De Rossi, Simao, Ballack and Gourcuff giving insights on how they think football has developed over the years to become a faster game. Facebook fans also have the chance to take part in a “fast” knowledge competition to win a pair of new F50′s exclusively signed by Messi.
