Girl offers to pay YOU to watch World Cup 2010 with her

No, it’s not another one of The Spoiler‘s famous promotional competitions.
A young Beijing-based girl going by the name of ‘KK‘ is causing a storm in China after uploading a job advert (above, translation after the jump) to YouTube-a-like ku6.com on Friday, searching for a man – maybe woman, if you ask nicely – to act a guide for this year’s World Cup. The chosen applicant will get a cushty £700 p/w wage.
According to KK, she enjoys watching the ‘handsome and athletic’ players but hasn’t actually bothered to learn the rules of football yet. In order to fully enjoy WC2010, she’s looking for a bloke aged between 20 and 40 to view the matches of her choice with.
If only every girl went this far to try and understand the beautiful game.
However, there are a few extra requirements in the job description…
- You must be a ‘straightforward’ sort of person
- Be able to cook and wash dishes
- Be warm and loving; bastards, cads and/or love-rats (i.e. footballers) need not apply
- Have to be able to hold your drink
- As a matter of importance you must wash your feet at least twice a day – the smell of sweaty toes is ‘strange’ apparently
- Applicants from Shanghai will not be accepted (‘personal reasons’)
