Robinho to Barca, Ozil to Real, and everyone fancies Jenas
Who’s this bit of hot property?
News filtering in this morning suggests that Craig Bellamy has done the unthinkable and returned to his Cardiff roots. On a totally genuine note, this is a massive loss to the Premier League, and it could also come back and bite Mr Mancini on the bottom.
The Man City boss will be praying that David Silva comes good, and fast. A Craig Bellamy sleeveful of tatts could make for a decent start if the baby-faced Spaniard is really serious about winning over the Manchester crowds.
Anyway, here’s what else we know about transfers, thanks to the likes of The Sun, The Guardian, The Mirror, Marca, AS.com and The Daily Mail…
Most of today’s big news comes from overseas – specifically from wonderful holiday destinations like Spain and Italy. Plus there’s also news from Germany.
In hot German news, it looks like Mesut Ozil shall be channeling his lifelong support of Barcelona by joining Real Madrid. Inter had been sniffing around, as had both Man United and Barca.
Might Jose Mourinho’s Dream Team yet come true?
In mind boggling Barcelona news, one or two “sources” seem to be convinced that Robinho will be lining up on the bench next season, with a possible deal involving Ibrahimovic going the other way in the offing.
In totally bewildering WTF “are you serious?” news, it seems that Jermaine Jenas has become the unlikely prize in a tug o’ war between Juventus and AC Milan.
Have they got the right Jermaine/Jermain?
And in three word news:
Mascherano, staying put?
That is all.
