AC Milan confirm interest in buying Robinho from Man City
Rumours say Milan reps are on their way to Eastlands RIGHT NOW
We don’t want to make relaying ‘Sky Sports Understands‘ pieces a habit, but in ball-achingly boring transfer windows like these, needs must.
Anyway, it appears the hilariously thin on the ground interest for Robinho is beefing up, as AC Milan vice-prez Adriano Gallani has declared his club have got the jinking forward in their sights.
Speaking to Sky Italia, Gallani said:
Robinho is the alternative to Ibrahimovic, but we want the Swedish striker.
Considering Barca and Milan are currently at a stalemate over the nature of the Ibrahimovic transfer – Milan want a two year loan, Barca want to get rid permanently - it’s not for certain the Swede will be rocking up at the San Siro any time soon.
In any event, unconfirmed reports coming out of Italy say rossoneri sporting director Ariedo Braida has already flown to Eastlands in an attempt to bash out a deal before next Tuesday.
