We average 36,000 a game (better than 1/2 the EPL teams), and for int'l friendlies it usually exceeds 65,000. The MLS averages more per game (over 18,000) than the NBA and the NHL. We are not, for the most part, fly by night, hop on a bandwagon fans.. No, MLS is not up to the same standards as European leagues, but we are getting better all the time, and if you actually go to a game it is a great day out. Sorry for the annoyed tone in my first comment. It just gets very tiresome to hear constantly from people here in the US how crappy MLS is. It certainly can't match the European leagues in quality of play, but if these nitwits would just get down to a match they'd see how fun it is - the supporters section are actually really passionate, loud and entertaining. But we Americans have this obnoxious entitlement mentality, like we can only have the best of the best. It's probably why the amount of our debt is higher than our GDP. But I digress... P.S.
