Win a pair of tickets to Watford vs Doncaster on Saturday!

Watch Saturday’s Championship showdown, courtesy of npower

You read right. Our generous friends at npower, the official sponsors of the Football League, are giving away a pair of tickets to this Saturday’s Championship clash between Watford and Doncaster.

Back in ’78 this same fixture ended with Donny getting a 6-0 thrashing, and since then there hasn’t been a match between the pair with less than two scored.

So get involved – There Will Be Goals.*

The winner will pick the tickets up from Vicarage Road on the day of the match (Saturday 11th, K.O. 3pm) and will need to make their own travel arrangements to and from the ground.

We’ll also want you to take lots of photos on matchday (to show heated-blanket-wearing, miniature-cheeseburger-eating Premier League fans what a proper day out at the football is like.) Any pics that aren’t blurry and poorly framed will go on the Football League’s official Facebook and Flickr pages.

N.B. If, like us, you’re eternally unlucky and happen to miss out on the Watford tickets, have a crack at npower‘s Big Ticket Giveaway – they’re giving away a pair of tickets to every Football League fixture played this season. For more info, visit the npower Football League Fan Club.

Here’s your question:

In total, how many Football League games will be played this season?

Answers in the comments section – remember to use a working email address.

The winner will be chosen at random from the correct entries. If there are no correct entries, the closest answer will win. If two or more entrants submit the same closest answer, the winner will be chosen at random. One entry per person.

UPDATED: Competition now closes on Thursday at 12pm.

Don’t say we never do anything for you!

*The Spoiler cannot guarantee you will see goals

Well done on letting everybody know the answer. The Sun couldn’t have done better.
