Perfectly good goal.

As stated, and is glaringly obvious in the replay: “Michael Turner killed and then played the ball from the exact spot the free-kick was given, rather than leaving it and calling for the goalkeeper”

Personally I think Turner meant to take the kick and scuffed it, or though the keeper was much closer than he really was. Either way, he clearly played it and there is no indication that it was meant as a back pass.

Gerrard should have got a red card.
