Yessiree….I do believe Andrey Arshavin IS indeed eccentric. His OFFICIAL website has the same array of questions and answers, albeit w/o the animated gif of him sucking up a bowl of red licorice whips. It ALMOST makes we wish he played for Chelsea. ((*lol* etc etc…)).
