BROMANCE

Andy Gray and Richard Keys were not impressed with the 1998 Women’s FA Cup final

Srsly, how did this have a hand in the birth of this?

Those of you familiar with Andy Gray and Richard Keys‘ relationship on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football - astutely described by the guys on the Football Weekly podcast as a seething hunk of repressed homoeroticism – will not be surprised to hear this video is basically them both laughing at women.

However, in their defence, women’s football in 1998 really was laughably bad.

I suppose that was terribly sexist in your pure view, Mr Gilzene? Despite the fact the women were ludicrously inept? And despite the very successful WAG series in this very blog? Daft little hypocrite.

It’ll be a pity if this entertaining blog ends up as a craven parade of political correctness.

    I can only assume either:
    a) your page inexplicably stopped loading after the first paragraph
    b) you’re related to Keys or Gray
or c) you’re in the middle of a breakdown

Now if you’ll excuse me, I have a Catharine MacKinnon reading to be at

Hmmm…..Monday Night Football? Are you ready for some football? Cue the Hank Williams Jr intro. All my rowdy friends are here for Monday Night!

Actually, what I was just thinking is that what would make this funnier would be a reset of Mr. Grey and Mr. Keyes using Dennis Miller and Tony Kornheiser. Now THAT would be focking hysterical!!

And Mr. Gilzene, while yer at it, don’t forget to attend Nikki Craft and Melissa Farley’s Andrea Dworkin seminar.

FFS, some people really don’t have a sense of humour do they?
