Cosmopolitan managers Pep Guardiola and Stale Solbakken had to be pulled apart after Barcelona‘s 1-1 draw with FC Copenhagen last night.
During his post-match interview Solbakken claimed the incident was a result of a misinterpreted joke about Barca keeper Pinto’s two game ban for mimicking the referee’s whistle in the two teams’ last encounter.
The video title describes it an ‘altercation’ but Solbakken and Guardiola are both so chic and urbane it looks more like ‘a heated disagreement over American foreign policy between two friends at an Islington dinner party.’
