Jack Wilshere gets a caution – football initiation complete

What a day for Jack Wilshere – one which has no doubt found more seasoned professionals wiping away proud tears from their wintered cheeks.

First he was outed for wiling away his evenings boffing a lapdancer on the side, and now – like Henry Hill striding from court into the arms of De Niro and his pals in Goodfellas – he’s received a caution for fighting.

As reported in the Daily Mail, the Arsenal youngster has had a figurative knuckle rap after a scuffle in August.

A met spokesman said these words:

“An 18-year-old male has attended a west London police station where he received a caution for common assault.”

Wilshere, consider yourself blooded.
