Cheating is bribing officials to eliminate English clubs from the competition. Like Anderlecht did to eliminate Forest and another club to another English club not so long ago… oops.

The players didnt have much of a choice in the whole situation though. Once Mou tells them to do something they have to do it otherwise they may not play for awhile (like Pedro Leon) rather than just missing 1 game, in this case

You are entitled to your opinion, but I just don’t think that getting yourself *deliberately* booked to manipulate a tournament rule is within the spirit of the game.

I don’t see how anything is being cheated though. Those are the rules of the system, and I’m sure whoever created it realized that this could happen. Why does it matter that they choose when they are suspended? That is one of the perks of winning your group (a difficult one, no less) quite handily.
