Mourinho eyes up new striker – who would YOU go for?

The word on the street is that Jose Mourinho is looking to strengthen his forward line in January, with City boys Adebayor and Tevez on his radar, along with the child Hernandez who has barely finished unpacking his Thundercats rucksack since moving to Man United.

But which one would you go for, given the choice? Let us know with a comment.

Tevez will add some hard-work to the Madrid aristocrats. He should be a fantastic fit, if he doesn’t end up hating the clubs hierarchy within a few hours!

    1. Fernando Llorente. Would bring in an effective and hungry striker who has the advantage of being Spanish(which is good for the League “policitics”).

    2. Hulk from Porto. Strong and not a big name yet. Might be cheap. Mou is known to work well with former Porto players.

    3. Lukaku: good investment for the future.

Adebayor has the skills but that attitude is poison in the dressing room. 6 month loan would be a good call, since City doesn’t want him and he might actually suck it up for a bit to improve his June options.
