Chelsea target costly striker to take the heat off… a bit

There’s an old saying: when the going gets tough, spend, spend, spend. And while we completely made that up, it couldn’t be truer in the up-and-downy world of football.

So whilst Carlo Ancelotti recovers from the figurative kick in the bollocks he received from last night’s visit to Wolverhampton, he can take some hope from news that Chelsea look set to part with around £38million to land the services of Sergio Aguero up front.

But will Ancelotti be there to enjoy these spoils? Let us know your thoughts with a comment.

Enjoy an Aguero highlights package after the jump…

Didn’t Aguero just sign a new deal with Atlético Madrid the other day?

Rumor is his release clause got lowered.

But yes, this article is really about a chelsea fan clutching at future hopes and dreams while the league table today puts them in 5th place challenging for a europa league spot.

I fear for Ancelloti’s safety should the situation get any worse, lest he find polonium in his expresso.

Chelsea aint clever enough to go for players of that stature. Instead theyd rather pay 5million for players like Benayoun.
