Darling, you've got to let me know...

As of a little while ago Carlos Tevez wants to leave Man City

Remember last summer? It was all set to be a bloody brilliant couple of months – England had a great manager and a good team and all was looking good in the world. So it was a rather large disappointment when England were absolutely w*nk at the World Cup and Fabio Capello turned out to be THE WORST MANAGER EVER!

However, the thing that really made The Spoiler’s summer a bit rubbish was the Cesc Fabregas transfer saga-drama. It was excruciating, wasn’t it? Proper soul-destroyingly boring.

We’ll probably look back on that saga-drama fondly by the end of this summer though. Mainly thanks to Carlos Tevez coming out and saying how he’s well up for leaving Manchester City…

The one saving grace to the Fabregas saga-drama was it was just Barcelona whinging like a bunch of whingers about everything. This summer looks set to see a huge bitch fight between Roberto Mancini and Tevez that could easily appear on Jeremy Kyle’s ‘My possessive lover won’t let me leave’ episode.

Only a couple of days ago Roberto Mancini was coming out and saying how Tevez had told him he wanted to stay and now Tevez, after speaking  to Argentine station Radio del Plata, said:

“I want to leave Manchester City.

“Football has changed a lot for me and I don’t know if I will even make it to the next World Cup.

“And that has nothing to do with whether I’m selected or not. I’ve been treated very well here and I’m grateful.

“I also gave my everything for the club to receive the results it has had. But I need a change of scene.”

He sounds pretty determined to go, no? But then again he sounded pretty determined to leave before Christmas as well and stayed on.

The Spoiler
used to really like Tevez – the whole being brilliant for West Ham United thing, the not celebrating when he scored against them thing, the running around loads thing – we were huge fans.

Now though – not so much.

So, will he be off? Do Manchester City fans want him to stay? Is he more hassle than he’s worth? Should they do everything they can to keep him? Let us know with a cheeky comment below…

I wouldn’t be so quick to write off Capello. Now he understands how fragile the team’s confidence is, because they were really pumped up around last May. I still expect great things at the Euros.
Tevez hasn’t learned that you cannot say one thing in Argentina and contradict yourself back in Manchester. Who know what he will do, but he seemed more impressive before Man City.

Capello is garbage! Hesky starting at the world cup are you kidding me? And the FA is paying him something like 9 million which if I’m correct is double what the next highest paid international coach makes. Where are the results? and no England won’t do anything at the Euros……sorry to be harsh but……
