David Beckham tackles pitch invader and gets sad when he’s thrown out
Like a bull to a sexy red rag…
David Beckham looks good in pretty much everything – he even sort-of-kind-of looked pretty good in a sarong. However, nothing suits him quite as much as a red shirt.
Whether it was that sexy thrusting celebration after scoring a free-kick against Columbia at France 1998, his badge-grabbing pride after scoring a penalty against Argentina four years later or generally running around in his Man Utd kit – the red shirt just seems to make everything about six times better.
Here he is tackling/hugging a supporter who was so excited he ran on the pitch like an absolute lunatic. Becks even tried to stop the stewards throwing him out. Aww…

Something else from last night: he’s still a pretty amazing player. He put a lot of crosses in and every single one was flawless.
