When fans get upset

Auxerre clearly like what they have been seeing at Ewood Park

Auxerre's disgruntled masses show Blackburn how it's done

Steve-Kean

Blackburn’s fans probably won’t look back on this season with any great fondness but they can at least reflect upon starting a very exciting new trend. Rovers’ measured response to relegation included flinging tennis balls at manager Steve Kean, not the most honourable of acts in itself. But Auxerre clearly saw the wisdom in the actions of the misguided few and have adopted the ritual on mass.

Auxerre, who finished bottom of France’s Ligue 1, marked the occasion by littering the pitch with tennis balls, tomatoes and toilet roll, forcing a considerable stoppage in play. Players of both sides subsequently embarked on the hugely rewarding task of clearing the pitch, no doubt inducing a chortle or two from some very proud Lancastrians.

What has happened to this site???
Why are they covering silly stories like this… did they forget that there was a new premier league champion and champions league winner?
What an excuse of a site. Reading this is just wasting time.

Man, I remember reading stuff from the Spoiler when it was on Deadspin. Now the site just sucks. I kept on hoping it would get better, but my dreams did not come true.
