In the latest attempt to cash in on their Beckham investment, the Californian club are offering fans a chance to ‘live the dream’, with full access to the Home Depot stadium, lunch with coaching staff and players and a free personalised kit. The only thing missing is, er, some football.

The Spoiler thinks it’s actually a great idea, and can’t wait until Premier League clubs catch on to this cash cow. Imagine Newcastle’s Fantasy Camp slogan: ‘Get pissed with Mike Ashley! Have Joey Barton kick you in the face! Help Big Sam fill out his P45!’
