Arsenal boss narrowly avoids a good champagne dousing
After his side’s humiliating 5-1 defeat to Spurs this week, Arsene Wenger almost took another dent to his pride in a live Sky Sports interview.
In a scene that sounds delightfully homoerotic, excited and ‘semi-naked’ Tottenham players including Robbie Keane and Dimitar Berbatov were planning to spray their English speaking gaffer Gus Poyet with a rich lather of champagne while being interviewed.
They mistakenly believed Gus was talking to the cameras, but the players actually burst in on a sombre Arsene Wenger, waiting to go live. The Arsenal manager narrowly missed a hastily re-directed bubbly attack, and was left bemused as the Spurs players retreated to their dressing room, presumably to whip each other with towels in the showers.

Great story. Everyone hates Wenger and Arsenal - the worst losers in sport. LOSERS. They will win nothing this year

Do any other teams celebrate getting to a final by spraying champagne? Isn’t that normally reserved for actually winning something? Or were they just celebrating their first win over Arsenal’s reserves this century?

is Kate Lawler (massive Gooner) still going out with Woody? If so, she would literally force him to join the Arsenal instead of Spurs. does anyone know if they are still seeing each other?
apols for change of topic.

Chris, last time I saw, Fabregas, Gallas, Sanga, Gilberto, Hleb, Diaby, Eduardo, Bendtner and Adebayor were all first teamers? Stop sing the ‘reserves’ excuse it doesnt wash. You gooners really are the worst losers ever, you are never gracious in defeat with old ‘i didnt see it’ peado in charge!

I interviewed the arsenal manager after the spurs game this week and asked him what his thought were about his teams performance, he said that because of big Gus of wind just before kick off the wind blew something into his eye so blinding him for 96 min of game he’d did see the first goal stored by Jenas in the 3min who should have been stop before getting to 25 yard box, the second by Bendtner wasn’t a goal because in france well don’t allow players to score into they own net to count plus it was a foul on my players and third goal was free kick to us and keane was off-side , 4th goal lennon was too quick that not fair and 5th well we were attacking and should count because malbranque French how could he do such a thing plus we had 68% of play , I asked him about two of his players fighting he again replied in more aggressive French tone .. “You stupid didn’t I already tell you that I had something in my eye so did see the head but idiot “ what can I say the arsenal manager didn’t see any of the game so how can he be accountable

It’s being reported that Jenas failed a drug test shortly after the 5-1 spanking of the Scum.
They found some dope in his pocket called Fabregas!
