Posh and Becks turn their skin golden brown the Essex way

One of the advantages of moving to Southern California would have to be the weather - surely even the pastiest of individuals could put a bit of a glow together in such a fortunate climate. With their increasingly hectic lifestyles, however, Mr and Mrs Beckham haven’t had time to lay around in the sun, and a Page Six spy has spotted the couple ‘fake baking’ at a West Hollywood salon. Apparently, the LA galaxy star left the discreet sunbed emporium smelling of ‘lavender, puppies and rainbows,’ or in plain English, ‘an old ladies’ flower, a smelly animal and something which has no tangible properties or scent.’

Page Six also reports on Davey B’s fastidious press requirements prior to his Brazil trip last week:

“Women couldn’t take pictures with him. Men could but couldn’t be wearing any type of promotional clothes. The translator had to be a man. He would only answer eight questions - and questions about his private life or his dismal performance with the LA Galaxy were forbidden.”

So no questions about his private life or his career. That must’ve made for a thrilling interview…
