This Argentinian model is definitely not on the game

Evangelina Anderson isn’t the first WAG to face negative press - just ask Danielle Lloyd. Unlike Mrs Defoe, however, Evangelina has not been vilified for bullying a Bollywood queen live on television. Instead, her former boyfriend, one time Barcelona flop Maxi Lopez called an Argentinian chat show to blab, “You know how this girl is, she’s got a parallel profession.” When the host asked if he meant she was a “gato” (a cat, or high class hooker), the ungallant Lopez said “nooo…I mean one day she goes with one, another day she goes with someone else…”

That someone else is fellow Argentinian, Bayern Munich defender Martin Demichelis, who intends to make an honest woman of Miss Anderson, and presumably hopes Bayern get to play FC Moscow sometime soon so he can avenge his fiancee’s honour by breaking every bone in Lopez’s body.

Little is known of Evangelina in the English-speaking world, so I have managed to compile the fascinating fact file: she was born in Buenos Aires and moved to Chile to pursue her modelling dreams. She also considers herself an actress, although her on-screen career starts and finishes with a single appearance on a Chilean TV show called “Morandé con compañía”. Most importantly, she is not a cat.
