If you are under the impression that hundreds of thousands of yanks pay good money to just to watch some crappy saloons turn left for three hours, you were wrong. Having seen Talladega Nights on DVD twice, I can say with some authority that the wives and girlfriends of hick NASCAR drivers are, without exception, the finest better halves of any sport. Leading by example is Ingrid Vandebosch, a Belgian model who is married to wheel jockey Jeff Gordon. She is currently the centrepiece of the athlete’s wives section in this month’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue (yes, the one with Marissa Miller on’t cover).

Along with her prominent role in the prestigious Sports Illustrated, Ingrid came 18th in Co-Ed Magazine’s sexiest WAGs of 2007 (their poll, however, is not to be trusted - Danielle Lloyd came eleventh). She won the Elite Look of the Year Award in 1990, and has a line of lingerie.

Ingrid also possesses the miraculous ability to defy the ageing process - the photo you see below is of a 38-year-old with a seventh-month-old daughter. The term you are searching for is ‘MILF’.
