Former Smiths frontman loves LA Galaxy’s neighbours
In order to escape horrible England in the 1990s, Morrissey ran away to California and hid in a mansion formerly owned by Clark Gable. Although he has now moved on to Rome, where they have a lively hooligan problem much more to his taste, Mozza still snacked on football in LA by venturing out to the Home Depot Center to whirl his rattle at Club Deportivo Chivas. And he’s not the only celebrity to have glommed on to this weird commercial experiment by feigning support…
He may love to hang out with Becks, but Snoop Dogg sides with Morrissey on the LA Galaxy/ CD Chivas divide.
He’s famous for having up to nine children out of wedlock, but somehow Evander Holyfield squeezes in time to support Houston Dynamo.

Nelly Furtado may be from Canadialand, but that doesn’t stop her loving DC United.

There’s something very dislikable about Morrissey. i think it’s his personality. And his opinions. And his music.

Though Drew Cary is part of the Seattle franchise, he’s a big Galaxy fan.

Nelly Furtado is known for wearing the jerseys of the cities where she’s performing. She’s also worn a NE Revolution jersey on stage. If anything, she’s probably a Toronto FC fan.

Morrissey rules! Sometimes. He loves those Mexicans.
Isn’t JoJo (eurgh) a Revolution fan?
Oscar De La Hoya a big Dynamo fan? (He part owns the club!)
Incidently, Johnny Marr supports Chicago Fire.

First off, never start a sentence with the word and. It makes you look like a moron. Second why are they feigning support? MLS is the fastest growing league in the US and soccer is the fastest growing sport.

There will be even more celebrities interested this year. I see people all over my campus wearing MLS jerseys (DC United, Chicago, Houston, Toronto, Chivas) where I used to only see Arsenal, Man U, Liverpool, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Barca and the occassional US National team kit.
