Big Four Managers

So that’s another Grand Slam Sunday done, with two things conclusively settled. One, that Manchester United will win the league, and two, that you should never ask a Premier League manager for directions, however lost you are, such is their pathetic grip on reality.

Sir Alex, a man who hilariously claims his players haven’t indulged in referee-baiting since he ordered them to desist years ago, can hardly be trusted to even accurately describe the route he took to work.

Arsene Wenger is more interested in showing you the most beautiful journey than getting you where you need to go.

Rafa Benitez, who thought Liverpool could still win the league on Sunday morning, is the sort who would be generous with his help but would make you wish you’d never asked, and poor old Avram Grant inspires so little faith that even his own fans have the nerve to shout “You don’t know what you’re doing” in his face, as he makes the changes that win Chelsea the game. Hard luck Avram - truth and honesty will get you nowhere in this game. Nonsense is the only language they understand.
The statistics

* For the past four seasons, the team who has been top after thirty-one games has gone on to win the title.

* The last two times that Manchester United failed to win either of their opening two Premier League games (1992/93, 1998/99), they went on to win the league.

* On the only previous occasion that Manchester United failed to beat Manchester City in either of their Premier League games, Manchester United went on to win the title.

Stats mean nothing until the season is over. Man U have won nothing as yet dude. yes it seems they will but with seven games to go can u be so sure. hey i just realized u said for the past FOUR seasons! how can stats based on 4 yrs be so relevant? no disrespect but thats a bit shortsighted isnt it?

Here’s a nice little stat for the writer of this lucid garbage, Manchester United have to face Arsenal and Chelsea at home still, Chelsea, unbeaten in 4 years at home. Arsenal, the team that was first all season up until now. Hm, yes, let’s enscribe united’s name on the trophy now boys it’s all over, let’s just call the season to a halt now.

    Moron.

Check Chelsea and Man U’s remaining fixtures list, then tell me who is most likely to drop points and who is most likely to win points, until then, keep your biased opinions to yourself.

All opinions are biased - by definition.

If you do the math and say Chelea will beat United and Arsenal will draw with united the table will look like this
    Arsenal 86
    Man Utd 85
    Chelsea 85

    Based on run-in from here

This is the stupidest thing I have ever read in my life. I am a Man Utd fan and the guy who wrote this just wasted his time and everyone else who rad this.

This is the stupidest thing I have ever read in my life. I am a Man Utd fan and the guy who wrote this just wasted his time and everyone else who rad this. It is’n't over until the very end. You can’t use stupid statistics to prove anyone will win.

Yeah, I’m with K’Dor, statistics are a completely useless way of predicting things. I prefer following biased whims or pointing at a piece of paper with my eyes closed to determine my opinion on the winner. Screw all this hard evidence lark!
